We are very passionate about continuing education and all of the many different forms it can take: college degrees, trade apprenticeships, certificate programs, etc. We have seen the incredible opportunities that come when one makes sacrifices to invest in themselves by pursuing higher education.

As we have been blessed by the generosity of many people throughout our time at Utah Valley University, and now that we are both graduated, we decided to create an opportunity to give back and invest in the futures of the next generation.

In order to assist others in receiving the benefits and blessings of continuing education, we have created The Gamble Professional Development Fund: A $1,000+ scholarship for students striving to pursue continuing education. Continuing education includes any form of professional development such as college degrees (including graduate degrees), certifications, licenses, trade school, apprenticeships, etc.

The scholarship application opens on May 15th of each year, closes on July 15th, and the scholarship recipient will be determined by August 1st.

In order to qualify, you must:

• Have graduated high school (or received your GED) on or before July 1.

• Be able to provide proof of enrollment in a professional development program by the time funds are awarded (College, University, Certificate Program, Apprenticeship, etc.).
