JUSTINE GAMBLE

After graduating first her in class from high school and serving an 18-month religious mission, Justine graduated Summa Cum Laud from Utah Valley University in 2019 with a B.S. in Communication and in 2022 with a Masters in Learning Experience Design. While at UVU, Justine served as an ambassador to prospective high school students and helped hundreds find their perfect college fit. Justine now works as a Business Partner over Culture and Communication where she creates processes and works with leaders to coach them on fostering a positive employee experience.
RYLEE GAMBLE
Co-Founder
After serving a two-year religious mission, Rylee graduated Summa Cum Laud from Utah Valley University in 2020 with a B.S. in Human Resources Management. While at UVU, Rylee served as a member of the local SSHRM chapter, won public speaking and case study competitions, and was UVU's first long-term HR intern. Rylee now works as an HR Business Partner for American Honda Corporation where he helps employees with things such as benefits, compensation, recognition, and performance management.
